Meeting as usual 9:00 at VL were Bill Branson, Bob Dob, Bill Carr, Miki K, Barb B, Hein B, Glenn D, and Alf. One flip, one practice roll, much surfing, and three: Bill B, Barb, and Miki attained up Seneca Breaks. Big mass of trees blocking almost all of the top of the GW Canal - will be problematic as the water level falls. 6 turtles seen in the C&O - no hydrilla yet.
