The level was 929 cfs which was a tad low but doable. Probably don’t want to do too much lower.
We had 11 paddlers : Wayne, Tony, Barb Gary S. and John S (5-K1s) We had local paddler Bob Gramann (1- K1) and Bob Whiting, Tom McLeod, Ginny and Gary Q and myself (5-OC1s).
It was hot and so we had a shade break at the normal lunch spot by the plaque to Sen Warner. - No issues to report.
Wayne selected a great spot for supper. So avoided rush hour traffic on the return. Going with a 1200 noon start time and having supper avoids the rush hour traffic and seemed to draw out a few more of the Maryland crowd.
