Five paddlers (four open boaters - Gary and Ginny Q, Hendrik vO, Tim T and one lonely kayaker) ignored the gloomy weather forecast and were rewarded with a clear day. Drizzles while driving to and from but not a single drop of rain while on the river. The overnight rain pushed the river up to 3.29' (4,480 cfs), a very manageable level. Routine trip with no carnage to report. A pleasant lunch afterward at Fish Taco where the culinary merits of various cuisines were debated.
