I taught a group at 8 am taking off at 11 . Pretty sure I saw the enhanced John Boat with three larger fellows zipping about and they eyeballed us on our return ferrying just below the breaks back from GW. We saw nothing at all on the trip over and we paddled straight to the flag pole with no one checking us at all. That was at 8 am on our paddle across from Violettes
