Thursday Paddle - SENECA CREEK - 550 cfs
John Snitzer has called this trip for Seneca Creek - meeting at Rileys Lock at NOON. Please tell John if you're coming. We'll shuttle up to Dawsonville stream-gauge below MD 28 and expect to get down to Riley's by 3:30 - swift water, and hoping for no strainers - this is our first time down there this year. 550 cfs is a bit rich diet for a stream with an 85 cfs minimum - that we've been doing in the 100-250 cfs range, so be advised.

and Tim Tilson are planning a TBD Thursday trip. This will be dependent on Wednesday rainfall and the predicted cooler than normal weather for Thursday. The decision may not be made until Thursday morning thus necessitating an early afternoon start time. Also it will be warmer by mid-day.
Potential candidates are:
1. Seneca Breaks, (returning via attainment or the canal depending on the wind situation)
2. Lower Seneca Creek (3 miles of Class I from Berryville Road to Riley’s Lock)
3. Accotinck (small No Va creek 3.5 miles with one Class II)
If you are interested contact John at navajuela@comcast.net or Tim at hmslydia@msn.com.
