*Change of Plans* - Moved to Thursday - Wednesday Evening Paddle
About this event
We are moving this trip to Thursday so we can enjoy nicer weather.
Well, the river gods are not looking down upon us favorably. The river level is predicted to be at 5.2 feet this evening with a flow of 19,500 cfs. I think that might be a little sporty for some of the paddlers in the group. So, in light of that, I think its best if cancel the Anglers Inn to Lock 10 run tonight.
However, as a safer alternative I’m proposing that we meet at Riley’s lock at 6PM and we will attain up Seneca Creek. This won’t be quite as exciting as the normal Wednesday run but will give us a chance to still get some paddling in, possibly work out on some of our strokes and rolls and enjoy the scenery.
