My son has graduated from his Perception Acadia Scout - both in terms of his weight (130 lbs) and his abilities (would like to learn to roll and use a spray skirt). He tried some boats he liked in college (UVM) where he has joined a Kayak club, which provides boats. He particularly like the Dagger Mamba and Axiom. While the remote classes worked OK for college, remote kayaking does not.
