It's the George Washington Canal again on Sunday. Meeting time is 10:00AM at the Violettes Lock parking lot in order to run a loop trip with return via the C&O canal. As always, please let the trip coordinator (Rich Conde, rich.conde@comcast.net) know if you will be joining.

The weather forecast indicates an air temp in the mid to high 70s under partly cloudy skies with the chance of a shower. As of 9/27/2024, the predicted river level for Sunday is 3.9’ on the Little Falls gage.

PFDs are required for all. Helmets are required for kayakers using spray skirts and highly recommended for all others. Airbags are strongly encouraged for boats without other means of flotation.
