This is the first in a series of four Sunday morning clinics. This is for you if you are eager to paddle and may feel that you are not as ____ as you once were due to inactivity, age, illness, or whatever else sometimes dampens your true lioness. We will practice rolling, work on high-and-tight eddy catching, looking for and executing nice s-turns, surfing and the ubiquitous challenge of hucking a boat on one's vehicle. We'll paddle the Potomac at locations identified theby the previous Thursday, based on the water level, and will head to the Shenandoah Staircase section for one of the sessions.
