What: Whitewater racing (downriver and slalom) above and below Hopeville Canyon (North Fork of the South Branch of the Potomac) during the 19060s & 1970s before the major flood. See icons of the sport from across country. See the evolution of equipment and the awesome paddling being done in aluminum and fiberglass boats.
Why: Would like help identifying some of the paddlers.
