These are the changes that CCA and the paddling community are proposing for the security zone at the Trump golf course. We would like the boundary along the old C&O Canal Dam #2 moved back and angled upriver so that paddlers, especially children, can ferry across the river from Rileys Lock. Move the boundary along the Maryland side to midriver to allow passage of boats from upriver past the security zone, and to allow boats to enter the river at Rileys Lock.
